Overview

The Bar/Bat Mitzvah Discovery Program prepares students by exploring the values, meaning, and modern relevance of the milestone in a positive and enjoyable way. Working closely with families, Jewish Online School ensures every student approaches their ceremony with knowledge, joy, and a memory to cherish for a lifetime.

Curriculum

This program provides students the opportunity to explore the meaning, values, and traditions of this milestone while preparing for their Torah presentation. Along the way, students develop valuable skills, build confidence, and strengthen their Jewish identity. They approach this meaningful stage of life with a deeper understanding, sense of purpose, and pride.

Our Approach

We help students build responsibility as young Jewish boys and girls while fostering pride in their heritage. This is a customized experience, with support and guidance every step of the way, as we work closely with students and families to navigate the journey together. By the time of their ceremony, students are fully prepared to participate with confidence, knowledge, and a deep sense of Jewish pride.

Thank you so much for arranging this course. Our son really enjoyed it. Rabbi Jacobs is a fantastic teacher who keeps the boys stimulated and engaged online. We appreciate that he started promptly and used every moment fully! If you offer any other courses to prepare our children for Bar Mitzvah we would love to participate.
