Overview

In our After School program, students build strong foundations in reading and Jewish studies, explore the weekly Torah portion, and share a short Torah thought. As they grow, they study the Five Books of the Torah with classical commentaries and the Oral Tradition, learning to think deeply, ask meaningful questions, strengthen their identity, and gain timeless guidance for life.

Curriculum

Our curriculum emphasizes Jewish values, texts, identity, and continuity, with strong foundations in Hebrew, Torah study, and Jewish life. Students learn daily prayers, holidays, and ethical values (middot), gaining the knowledge, values, and character to connect with their heritage and live with purpose, confidence, and a strong sense of Jewish identity.

Our Approach

Our approach brings learning to life through dynamic, interactive online lessons that keep students engaged and connected to their Jewish heritage. With creative teaching and personalized support, students build pride in their identity and meaningful connections to family and community. Flexible and global, our classes meet students wherever they are, ensuring they thrive across time zones.

We would like to thank you very much for a fantastic year for the boys Talmidim class. Eli had such a great time in your class, that he said this week: "I wish Nigri After School was every day." We love seeing Eli get excited for his classes and we appreciate all that he has learned this year.
