A Celebration of Growth and Connection

A Celebration of Growth and Connection
Our Level 6/7 girls celebrated their Siyum on Parshas Va’eira and Bo, and it was such a beautiful and meaningful program.
Morah Chaya opened the siyum in such a special way. She showed the girls a video of herself, when she was their age, dancing with tambourines, bringing the story of Yetzias Mitzrayim to life, and showing the girls that Torah learning is something to carry with joy and pride throughout life.
She then shared a posuk connected to each girl’s name, along with thoughtful words highlighting each girl’s unique strengths and qualities. It was so moving to see how well she knows and appreciates every student individually.
Mazel tov to Sarah, Chaviva, Chava, Yasmin, Sarah, Minna, Elisheva, Talia, Leah Batya, and Bina. Each girl then presented something inspired by a posuk that spoke to her personally. Some shared poems, others divrei Torah, artwork, or incredible 3D creations. More than just presentations, you could really see how each girl had internalised the messages of the pesukim and connected them to herself in her own unique way.
The siyum was not only a celebration of learning Chumash, but a celebration of growth, confidence, creativity, understanding, and connection to Torah.
We ended off hearing reflections and words of thanks from several mothers, followed by heartfelt words from Principal Morah Chanie, who encouraged the girls to continue growing and shining in all that they do.
A huge yasher koach and thank you to Morah Chaya for the care, warmth, and devotion she pours into her students every single day. The impact was truly felt throughout the entire program.
May these girls continue to grow in Torah and mitzvos and continue to give so much nachas to their families, teachers, and everyone around them.
