Join the Mitzvah Mob: Kids Uniting to Light Up the World, One Mitzvah at a Time!
At Nigri Jewish Online School, we believe that every child has the power to make a real impact. A single mitzvah can change a moment… and thousands of mitzvahs can change the world.
That’s the heart of our newest school-wide initiative, The Mitzvah Mob, a global mission to mob the world with mitzvahs!
What Is the Mitzvah Mob?
The Mitzvah Mob is a fun, game-style program that turns doing mitzvahs into a powerful, collective experience. Each month, students receive a new “mission,” a mitzvah they focus on together.
This might be:

Giving tzedakah daily
-
Saying a special tefillah
-
Doing a daily act of kindness
-
Learning extra Torah
-
And more!
Every day that a child completes the mitzvah counts as a token, and as they collect tokens, they work toward earning that month’s Mitzvah Badge, such as Tzedakah Master, Tefilah Champion, or Kindness Hero.
How It Works
Each week, students log their mitzvahs in a simple tracker. When they reach the monthly goal, they proudly earn that month’s badge.
Even better, every single mitzvah contributes to something bigger. Whether a child completes all 30 days or just one, they are part of a worldwide team of Jewish children taking on meaningful missions together.
A Global Club With a Global Impact
With students participating from around the world, the Mitzvah Mob has quickly grown into a warm, exciting community. During Assembly, we share:

A leaderboard showcasing students who earned their badges

A celebration of the total mitzvah minutes completed by the entire JOS
The energy is contagious. Students cheer for one another, feel connected across continents, and see how their personal mitzvah adds to something big and beautiful.
